allowing you to quickly and easily isolate any Load Cell hooked up to the
Smart-J-Box™.
Simplifies Installation Leveling
the static load on each load cell is measurable in pounds on the
digital indicator or in millivolts via the built-in test points.
Helps in Troubleshooting
each load cell can be isolated from the summed output to the
indicator and tested with an internal shunt calibration resistor.
Provides Built In Spare Load Cell
when used on non legal-for-trade symetrically loaded scales. The
unique compensating circuitry allows you to turn off a bad load cell without significantly
affecting zero, dead load or calibration.
Eliminates Dead Load Weigh Signal Loss
The millivolt output can be set to begin at zero with dead load
applied.
Allows Load Cell Cables To Be Cut to Length
Individual zero trim pots readjust no load output of load cells.
Shunt CAL Resistor
for testing both individual load cells and the overall weighing
system.
Internal Test Points
Standard 0.080" probe tips for signal plus and signal minus
readings.
